Es ist nämlichnötig, wenn an den Kaiserdie Apellation geschieht, dass vorher ichden Fall prüfe; wenn aber an mich, dassich für den gegenwärtigen Fall die angemesseneKaution erhalte von zweitausend fünfhundertDenaren gemäß dem von mir erlassenenEdikt wegen grundloser Appellation.Wenn aber demgemäß nicht verfahren wird,- - -eure - - -Lebt wohl.
